Our partnership zeros in on key hurdles: limited AI education, underdeveloped research infrastructure, and a lack of academic-industry collaboration, all while addressing gender disparities and nascent policy frameworks. “AI Frontiers Nigeria” Virtual Series: A monthly event diving into AI’s role in healthcare, agriculture, finance, and energy. Expect practical insights, expert-led discussions, and Nigeria-specific solutions to spark specialized knowledge communities.
National Student AI Research Competition: A nationwide challenge for students to develop AI solutions to local problems, complete with mentorship and a clear path from campus to national finals. We’re nurturing the next generation of AI innovators.
AI Policy and Governance Forum: Bringing together policymakers, academics, and industry leaders to shape data governance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks that support AI growth.

In just one year, we aim to engage over 2,000 participants (40% women) and spark 50+ research projects.
